back to topYou will find below the instructions for installing your cartridge in your laser printer.
Before replacing the cartridge, turn off the printer.

Press the button to open the printer's cover and remove the used cartridge.
Clean the metal parts inside the printer with a soft and dry cloth.

Remove the cartridge from the plastic bag holding it with both hands.
Gently move the cartridge 5 to 6 times up and down for a perfect functioning.

Remove the protective tape from the cartridge.

Insert the new cartridge into the printer.
Close the printer. Turn on the printer and print.
Replace the used cartridge into the empty box and return the box in accordance with the instructions described below.
Troubleshooting guides
If you encounter any problem of quality printing, make sure the printer works as recommended by the manufacturer and the paper's type and quality are adequate.
If so, please print it again a few more pages to verify that the problem is solved.
Also perform maintenance on the printer.

Faded print

The cartridge has reached a low level of toner. Remove the toner cartridge and move it from top to bottom.
Check the settings for print quality in the printer setup. Change the toner cartridge if necessary.
Stained paper

Tasks can appear after a paper jam. Clean the inside of the printer and start printing a test page.
Check the tightness of the cartridge. If you notice any leakages from the cartridge, replace it.
Irregular print

Use the setting menu of the print quality to reduce the level of toner density.
Clean the inside of the printer and run a test page.
If the problem persists, please replace the cartridge.
Printing badly cropped, torn or wrinkled paper

Make sure that the paper is properly inserted into the printer.
Please turn the paper 180 ° in the tray from the printer.
Verify that there is no piece of torn paper or other foreign objects into the printer.
