DIN 33 870 standard

DIN standard is an international standard for quality and reliability of manufacturing cartridges.
Respect of the DIN 33870 standard ensures a perfect print quality while meeting the requirements of standards of environmental protection in the manufacture of our cartridges.
This standard defines the following elements:
-
The type of cartridges used
DIN standard required during the sorting of the empty cartridges, as "the cartridges externally damaged or filled more than four times, are eliminated".
Green Eco is beyond the scope of this standard as all our cartridges from cartridges « virgin ».
-
The replacement of used parts
In this case DIN's standards specify "Some parts must be checked visually or by their operation and, if necessary and if possible, rehabilitate, and if this shouldn't be feasible, replace them ".
Green Eco systematically replacing all parts of the cartridge with new parts, carefully selected in the best suppliers in the European market.

-
Verification and final quality control
DIN's standard advocates the use of a testing procedure for quality control. Several test patterns are used to check the print quality (shades of gray, character alignment ...).
