Green Eco ensures that each cartridge is flawless in manufacturing or materials.
Our cartridges are always tested one by one under an extremely rigorous control, which ensures them identical performance to the original products.
Green Eco's cartridges found as defective will be replaced systematically.
This warranty does not affect your legal rights.
The use of our products does not affect the printers's guarantee. In the event of a claim for a printer failure, the repair's costs will be taken at our expense on a written report from a technician showing that the cartridge has damaged the printer.
Green Eco offers a service on-site.
Our technicians are exclusively involved in metropolitan France with a 72hrs minimum delay upon receipt of your written request to intervene beside the sales department.
