Treatment and revaluation WEEE
The European Union issued at January 27, 2003 the 2002/96/EC directive, also known as WEEE (Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment), which imposes a particular collection of WEEE, to extract hazardous components in order to optimize recovery
It's decree No. 2005-829 issued July 20, 2005 who transcribing this Directive into French law.
It came into effect August 13, 2005 and requires that all waste from WEEE professionals must be collected and recycled.
